Beth Ann Lee moved from Maine to Florida several years ago because shoveling sunshine is easier than snow. She is very involved in church, and loves the beach, traveling, reading, and playing golf. She also enjoys spending time with her 3 boys and her grandkids. We are very happy to have her as part of our Rickert Properties team! Jodi Susco, Regional Operations Manager
Jodi Susco the Regional Operations Manager is originally from Minnesota and has been with Rickert Properties for over 18 years. Jodi loves to read books, spend time with family & friends and cares for the resident’s furry friends by carrying treats in her golf cart! We are happy to have Jodi aboard our Rickert Properties team as she does an exceptional job in keeping the community looking fantastic.
Denise Knue, Administrative Assistant
Denise was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. When she retired from the Post Service after 33 years of being a letter carrier, her and her husband, Ray, sold their condo and relocated to Fort Myers Beach in 2015.
In 2022, Hurricane Ian had other plans for them. After losing everything (car, home, clothes), Denise, Ray, and their cat, Abby, decided they wanted to be far away from any storm surge. They came to Sebring and one of their friends from Cincinnati told them that her sister lived in a very nice park in the area. They met up with Becky, and she showed us around Sebring Village. They found a home they really liked and are really hoping this will be our forever home.
